SO HAPPY! When I had a machine breakdown Ethan was so quick to arrive so fast to fix the issue. He had all the parts needed on hand (new tube and power supply) so there was almost no downtime for my small business right in the middle of my busy season. He was then able to dial in my laser and got it preforming better than it ever has. He is extremely knowledgable on the mechanical as well as the software side of things and was even able to assist me with streamlining my design process on lightburn. Would recommend to any laser owner and when we purchase I second laser I will not hesitate to use him. 10/10 hands down :)) Thank you Ethan!!

Ethan's help was undoubtedly a lifesaver for me. Our power supply went on our CO2 laser and he helped confirm that it was indeed the problem. Once we were sure, he shipped us a new one. We received it the very next day! So - with less than 24 hours down time and we were back up and running. Will definitely be dealing with them again.

We purchased our CO2 laser through Blak Laser and would recommend to anyone looking for a machine in Canada. Navigating through the logistics during covid was a big challenge and they were completely transparent through the entire process. The biggest plus side to our experience is the continued support we are still receiving when we need it! We will deal with them again if another machine is required down the road.

I purchased a chiller and some lenses through Etchar & Co. Very competitive prices, good stock, quick delivery. The one time that there was a glitch, I notified them on the 22nd of December (at like 11 pm), got the replacements on the 24th. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Highly recommended!
